Copyrights

Copyrights are extremely important for Graphic Designers.  By establishing a copyright mark for a project you have worked on, you can ensure that your work is protected and other parties aren't able to copy your work and claim it for their own.  To establish a copyright law, a designer must contact the government and pay for a circle r or a trade mark.  If an image, logo, picture, etc. is found online, it isn't up for grabs.  To use anything that is copyrighted that you find on line, the owner must be contacted and you would have to receive permission to use the copyrighted image.
